Offering different type of cuisine, to ensure the food safety for the consumer (Guest/employees), AJH has implemented the Food Safety Management System by getting certified in Codex Procedures of HACCP.

Al Jawhara Hotel Apartment is the first Deluxe Hotel Apartment- HACCP certified in Dubai and Al Jawhara Gardens Hotel is the second 4 star hotels in Dubai certified with HACCP. AJH passed the first HACCP External audit with out any NCR conducted by TUV Middle East which was one the indicator of associate's involvement in continuous improvement. AJH executive Chef was the first Arabic Chef HACCP certified in Middle East.

AJH is continually involved in events promoting personal contact with our domestic customers & organizations. Such events include cooking demonstrations, participation in local radio shows, press launches, invitations to restaurant launches, hotel vehicle parade on Fridays. Our chef was recognized with the Arab Culinary award in year 2007 & Buthaith competition held on the 36th Anniversary of UAE national day under patronage of DTCM.
