    Situated on the ground floor offering Chinese Buffet. Open every day from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm, serves breakfast, lunch & Dinner.
    Orange Cafe The cosmopolitan elegance of the lounge makes this a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. Take-away cakes and pastries may be ordered in advance. Timings 8.00 am to 12.00 midnight.
    OUTSIDE CATERING Banquet/Catering office is located on ground floor of Hotel Apartment/ Parties can be arranged for 10-1000 guests anytime, anywhere in Dubai.

    Policy Information

    LOST & FOUND POLICIES

    For all lost & found items (less than 6 months from your visit to our hotel), please contact housekeeping department at below email address: exehousekeeper@aljawharahotel.com

    • After six months of keeping found items at the hotel establishment, it will be transferred to the nearest Police station with a detailed record approved by the hotel management. Accordingly the Police would take the necessary action.
    • In case the guest claimed his found items after the set period (6 months). He has to go personally to the Police Station where his items were delivered.
    • The Police station will keep the items for 3 months. The hotel establishment should provide the guest with a letter which states the items found reference number and the date of delivering them to the police station.
    • Used items such as food and personal care should be disposed immediately by the hotel management once found, as they might be contaminated and could be dangerous to others.
