Suites 4 Units A combination of a king size bedroom attached with the sitting area with separate full bathroom. Sitting area is equipped with the sofa and chairs.
Standards rooms 28 Units our standards bedroom (both in queen bed and twin bed Options), this room is called standard only for the sake of naming it otherwise it has all the facilities of modern living.

Food and beverage

Breakfast is served (For a leisure breakfast in your room use the doorknob Menu before going to Bed or order from Room Service)

Policy Information

LOST & FOUND POLICIES

For all lost & found items (less than 6 months from your visit to our hotel), please contact housekeeping department at below email address: exehousekeeper@aljawharahotel.com

• After six months of keeping found items at the hotel establishment, it will be transferred to the nearest Police station with a detailed record approved by the hotel management. Accordingly the Police would take the necessary action.
• In case the guest claimed his found items after the set period (6 months). He has to go personally to the Police Station where his items were delivered.
• The Police station will keep the items for 3 months. The hotel establishment should provide the guest with a letter which states the items found reference number and the date of delivering them to the police station.
• Used items such as food and personal care should be disposed immediately by the hotel management once found, as they might be contaminated and could be dangerous to others.
