We would again like to stress that, in accordance with UAE personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at Jawhara to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access.
Control over your data
You always have the right to view the personal data we have stored that concerns you. You can request your personal data by emailing us at email@example.com . Indicate ‘request personal data’ in the subject line of your email.
If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask Jawhara to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to the same email address.
When does Jawhara.ae send you emails?
After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as a guarantee of the reservation.
Sometimes Jawhara may send feedback request emails after your stay at the hotel. If you do not wish to give us your opinion, you can let us know and we will remove you from our feedback mailing list.
In the reservation process you can request to receive our newsletter which contains special offers and additional information about Jawhara. You may choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter mailing list at any time.

LOST & FOUND POLICIES
For all lost & found items (less than 6 months from your visit to our hotel), please contact housekeeping department at below email address:
After six months of keeping found items at the hotel establishment, it will be transferred to the nearest Police station with a detailed record approved by the hotel management. Accordingly the Police would take the necessary action.
In case the guest claimed his found items after the set period (6 months). He has to go personally to the Police Station where his items were delivered.
The Police station will keep the items for 3 months. The hotel establishment should provide the guest with a letter which states the items found reference number and the date of delivering them to the police station.
Used items such as food and personal care should be disposed immediately by the hotel management once found, as they might be contaminated and could be dangerous to others.

The Fine Print
As part of the hotel’s dress code, females are not allowed to wear shorts or skirts above the knee while males are also not allowed to wear shorts above knee level.
Being a pure Sharia Compliant family hotel, unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the hotel. Couples may be asked to present a marriage certificate at check-in. Alcohol is also not allowed on the property.
Please note that you are required to show the credit card that was used to make the reservation upon check-in. If you are not the owner of the credit-card, please contact Al Jawhara Gardens Hotel in advance to request a third party credit card authorization form.
